SWSE 2023 Photo & Video Contest

The SWSE Photo & Video Contest invites program participants to share their exchange experiences on Instagram!

Each week during this year's SWSE program (July 1 - August 12, 2023), we'll announce a new theme on our social channels. Take photos and videos to match the weekly theme, post them on your Instagram account with the #SWSExplore hashtag for your chance to win great prizes! Winners can choose a $50 gift card from the following:

• Cineplex
• Amazon
• Uber eats / Doordash
• Master Card

How to participate

• Be a youth participant of the SWSE 2023 program
• Follow YMCA Exchanges on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
• Use the hashtag #SWSExplore and our handle @ymcaexchanges when submitting all your photos and videos
• Use your public Instagram account to share your photos and videos​
• You can post multiple photos and videos during the week

How to ace your contest submission

• Follow the weekly theme
• Post high-quality photos and videos
• Writing a short caption that explains what’s in the photo or video is a plus
• Be creative and have fun!

The weekly theme will be announced every Monday at 1:00 pm ET.

The contents submission time limit is the following Sunday at 11:59 pm ET.

Each week, two contest winners will be announced on our social accounts.
